How to get free, impartial and confidential advice

If you need advice, information or guidance, Kincardine and Mearns Citizens Advice Bureau is here for you.
Visit Advice for Scotland website or the Money Map Tool for detailed information on a wide range of topics, including guidance on benefits, debt, money, work, housing and much more.

Webchat

Our Webchat service is available Monday - Friday, 9.30am to 4pm.   One of our advisers will be able to chat with you in real-time about your issue and either help resolve it there and then or arrange for an appointment at your nearest bureau if your issue(s) require further advice and support.

The webchat link will appear when you hover over the right-hand side of the website for this page only as we trial the chatbot (icon bottom right on all other pages).

Chatbot

The Chatbot is available 24/7. The Chatbot will ask some initial questions and try to find you an answer.  If it can't find an answer, it will ask you to leave your details so that an adviser can call you back.

The Chatbot is currently a trial service, part of our efforts to see how new technologies can help serve you better. If you use the Chatbot, we'd love to hear any feedback.
