Our Council Tax Debt Advice Project has been available for residents in Aberdeenshire since June 2025 and we are now able to support the Council Tax Reduction campaign launched by Citizens Advice Scotland in February - Get help with your Council Tax | Citizens Advice Scotland
We understand our client's challenges when accessing advice regarding their council tax and have been providing flexible appointment times and formats in addition to reaching clients in rural areas, expanding the advice provision as we hear of the demand.

We have increased cooperation between the local authority and clients needing both specialist debt support and clarification on council tax liability.
