Experiment:
I spent over 4 hours trying to get grips with new Adobe update- So not worth it- Even a call to IT did not yield any better results. Good to try but also good to abort missions. Subscription cancelled before the charges started- Good to know
Hard:
To know when to change track from support to firm direction in the world of HR. Relief to know when you need to change gear and get ready for the journey ahead. Team harmony is so important for both the wellbeing and effectiveness of everyone including the clients we are here to serve.
Enjoy:
Met a local woman working in the community. It was so inspiring to see what she has created with her passion and drive. That energy just pulls folks in and spreads out to the whole town. All this with a Team of Volunteers and herself in the role of a Volunteer. Truly inspiring. A pay packet cannot buy that level of engagement and dedication.
Looking forward to next week:
We had over 60 applications on our Indeed vacancy post alone. There have been some amazing applicants. I am humbled to see the level of expertise that is keen to join us. I am so looking forward to meeting some of them next week to interview. Such a privilege.
