Good buzz from the Leadership training hosted by We are Extraordinary. A great group of skilled women inspired us all. They helped us tackle tough conversations to move our work and teams forward. 

Love a great acronym? Here’s one: Feedback Rose. It stands for Recognise, Observe, Suggest, and Encourage.  Also LAST:  Listen, Advice Solve and Thank. I love when tricky human dynamics are captured in simple, clever wordplay.

I have already placed it on my notice board and am all ready to use it.

Hosted in the stunning Glasgow venue of Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons.  A building steeped in history and excellence.

Combine it with the expertise of Citizens Advice Scotland and the committed Managers from all over Scotland.  Lots of fun and learning.
