As I return from AL in the Sun- wonder how I am going to keep the internal sun shining.
Well in person events and time with the Team hit the spot.
From fabulous networking at the Aberdeenshire Tackling Poverty event in Aberdeen to an amazing Team planning event from the outstanding Marianna. To take the passion and impact we witness everyday in the Bureau into a practical one-page document that will guide our vision and direction going forward. Marianna who only went from Music Teaching in the coal face of primary schools to setting up her own Music Charity Orchestra for All to now passing on her wisdom to fellow third sector families:

Nothing beats eating cake with the Team and being engaged in the work - Here is to getting more of that boost in the diary as we head into the Scottish Winter
