HK Weeknotes 16/1/26

Good things:

Seeing a new Team member welcomed and supported right away is truly rewarding.  We had a young employment placement start this week and he was surrounded by support and kindness.  This makes me proud and happy.

 Difficulties:

Well the buses come all at once!  A piece of work that has been on the Agenda for over a year has finally arrived and I am on Holiday next week.  Ofcourse it also comes with its Twin of an  important funding bid.  Jeez- Get the HEID DOWN !

 Achievements:

The above has not killed me.  Due to fantastic colleagues, a lot of it has been delegated to perfect hands- That also makes me proud.

 Learned this week:

I already knew this, but it’s a big confirmation: without a close team and trust, you have nothing!  Makes me grateful for the folks in my Team and beyond that help me get where I want to go.
