When the Door slams in your face!  Look up for other Doors!  Third Sector Wisdom!

• Good work this week on looking closely at Funding.  The shut door of one Fund early Monday morning due to previous unsuccessful application only lights the fire to go a hunting.  Got my nose deep into the art of bid writing that will only help with a big contract coming up and the other smaller fishes that are circling.

• I love that point in work when one strand is followed and is linked to so many areas of service delivery.  From growing business, staff development and stakeholder relationship building.  A good use of a door shutting in the face. 

• A No only encourages the Grit to find the Yes!
