HK Week notes 25/9/25

Great day in Glasgow with fellow Citizens Advice Bureu from all over Scotland.  Great laughs with the Shetland player and my long-term buddy from Turriff.

Management training: where you learn the art of saying ‘great point!’ to buy yourself 10 seconds of thinking time… and networking is where you meet 20 other people who are also experts at nodding wisely.

Turns out, leadership really is about connecting—sometimes over strategy, sometimes over coffee refills

Great when you can find the proper terms to use rather than the go to OMG!!!
