Our Webchat service is available Monday - Friday, 9.30am to 4pm. One of our advisers will be able to chat with you in real time about your issue and either help resolve it there and then or arrange for an appointment at your nearest bureau if your issue(s) require further advice and support.
The webchat link will appear when you hover over the right hand side of the website.
This service is separate to our self help, automated Chatbot.
